The presentation box for our Suisun Valley Cleaver is hand-made from upcycled antique fruit harvest lugs sourced locally. These boxes were ubiquitous when agriculture was the main industry in Solano County and are getting harder to find. We painstakingly disassemble the lugs and take care to maintain as much of the weathered rustic wood surfaces on the presentation box. The boxes are then custom molded to fit your cleaver and lined with agricultural burlap. The story of the Suisun Valley Cleaver is etched into the inside cover along with the number of your cleaver. There is also space for a personal message upon request.
